Organization
The Community Merciful Gaze has three families: Life, Alliance and Friends.
MEMBERS OF LIFE
The path leading to consecration to the Comunity permeates includes the postulancy, the novitiate, the juniorate and the solemn promises. The members of the Community of Life live intensely a fraternal life anchored in the two dimensions of the charisma: the interior dimension being changing judgement to love, being the reflection of the kindness and mercy of Jesus Christ and Mary; The external dimension – taking care and defending the priests and the families.
A member of life is immersed in the experience of celibacy and consacrates entirely to his promises of poverty, chastity and obedience.
MEMBERS OF ALLIANCE
They are formed by lay people, consacrated people or clerics who identify themselves more deeply with Jesus, serving him, according to the charism of the Community in their family life. They are called to be examples of holiness in their families.
The Community regions are divided and organized in Provinces according to geographical and pastoral issues. These Provinces emcompass several Mission Locations. They are shepered by Mission Leaders , who direct and help the other Alliance members in the Works of Mercy. They also promote events and welcome warmly people that would like to have deeper experience in the Community Merciful Gaze, or become friends of the Community.

The Word of God tells us that whoever has found a friend has found a treasure, and this applies perfectly to friends of Merciful Gaze Community.
The Community friends are people who identify with the our charism and generously contribute materially and spiritually to our mission of caring for priests and families throught Works of Mercy.
For these reasons, we have each of our friends as part of the Merciful Gaze family and they are always in our prayers.
